Welcome to the Mental Vitality Network. I’m Mary Jones, an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), Certified Mental Health Coach, and Hypnotherapist with extensive experience in healthcare. This space was born from my deep passion for mental wellness and my commitment to helping others reclaim balance, clarity, and connection in their lives.
Over the years, I’ve witnessed the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. Through both clinical experience and personal growth, I’ve come to understand that true healing requires an integrative approach—one that honors traditional psychiatric care while also embracing subconscious healing and holistic practices. That’s why my work blends evidence-based medication management with coaching and hypnotherapy, allowing each person I work with to explore their inner world safely, compassionately, and at their own pace.
Growing up in a culture where mental illness was stigmatized and misunderstood, I witnessed firsthand the harm caused by fear, shame, and disconnection. Many in my community who struggled with mental health were abandoned—left to suffer in silence or live as outcasts. Even as a child, I felt the deep injustice of that reality and carried within me the belief that there must be a better way.
